All products, including our garbage bags, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payment must be made using the provided methods at the time of order confirmation. Delivery times vary by location, and while we strive to ensure timely delivery, RC Holdings is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services or unforeseeable circumstances.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. Valid claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
